Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio and NP certification are required.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing preferred; MSN or DNP encouraged.
• Must have current authority to prescribe (or eligible) per Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Credentialing as active medical staff member and privileges required.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced nursing care to patients with complex acute, critical, and chronic health conditions.
• Practices with neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations.
• Delivers high-acuity monitoring and therapies within appropriate settings.
• Participates in quality monitoring and FPPE/OPPE processes per Joint Commission requirements.
• Promotes health, disease prevention, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Assists with discharge planning and staff/preceptor mentoring as needed.
