Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and coordinate care with other health professionals.
• Develop written care plans including discharge planning.
• Administer direct nursing care when needed and administer medications.
• Maintain infection control and ensure a safe environment.
• Document patient education and progress in the medical record.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the Charge RN/Clinician.
• Participate in unit and hospital quality assurance activities.
