Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Bay Square at Yarmouth is seeking a compassionate Personal Support Specialist to deliver care in a warm, home-like environment.

The full-time evening shift from 2pm to 10pm offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.50 to $22.75, with benefits including health, retirement plans, and more. Previous CNA/HHA/LNA license required or preferred; dementia care experience is a plus. Join a team dedicated to quality resident care and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
