Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Yarmouth, ME is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. Part-time daytime shifts (6am–2pm) are available, with additional full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities.

The role pays $20.50–$22.75 per hour and includes a benefits package. Prior SNF/ALF experience and CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS licenses are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license preferred.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred.
• Experience with dementia care is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Bay Square at Yarmouth is looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Part Time Days 6am-2pm

Additional Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem Opportunities!

$20.50-$22.75/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license preferred
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
