Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Bay Square at Yarmouth location is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. This full-time daytime role runs 6am-2pm, with a pay rate of $20.50-$22.75 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting care, reporting changes, and engaging residents with meaningful activities and emotional support.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents with meaningful activities and provide emotional support.

Bay Square at Yarmouth is looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time Days 6am-2pm

$20.50-$22.75/HR

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
