Zusammenfassung

Benchmark Senior Living’s Bay Square at Yarmouth is seeking a compassionate Personal Support Specialist to deliver care in a warm, home-like environment. Part Time Days 6am-2pm are available, with additional Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem opportunities.

The CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license is preferred; dementia experience is helpful. Duties include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, engaging residents, and providing compassionate support.

Qualifikationen

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license preferred.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Bay Square at Yarmouth is looking for a compassionate PSS to join our team! As a Personal Support Specialist your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Part Time Days 6am-2pm

Additional Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem Opportunities!

$20.50-22.75/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
