Job summary

Lamprey Health Care in Nashua, NH is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet visitors, confirm demographics, and route calls with professionalism.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, and assisting in determining financial assistance eligibility. The role requires excellent customer service, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years recent experience in an administrative support role.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Flexible with scheduling.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English may be preferred.
