Greater Lawrence Family Health Center is seeking a bilingual Patient Service Representative to prepare patients for clinical visits by registering them, verifying insurance, and resolving coverage issues. The role requires strong communication skills and flexibility for evenings and weekend shifts.

Pay or shift range: $17.58 USD to $19.53 USD

Nationally recognized as a leader in community medicine (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics), GLFHC has clinical sites throughout the service area and is the sponsoring organization for the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program.
GLFHC is currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Service Representative. The Patient Service Representative performs all functions necessary to make patients ready for the clinical part of their visit including the resolution of any insurance or financial issues necessary to ensure coverage for services.
