Endeavor Health in Oak Park is seeking a PSR Lead to manage patient service representative operations at the Lake Street site. This full-time role focuses on scheduling, intake, billing questions, and ensuring accurate data entry and payments.

You will supervise daily workflow, verify insurance eligibility, assist with referrals, and register patients while maintaining high-quality service and compliance with office policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED - Required
• Minimum of 1 year business office or clinic experience - Required
• Previous insurance and managed care experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Reviews department work schedules to ensure that all scheduled employees are present during their scheduled shift.
• Schedules staff for sufficient coverage at assigned site(s).
• Leads daily workflow processes and serves as point person for daily workflow for PSRs, supervisor and physicians at site(s).
• Assists staff with handling work-related concerns/issues.
• Monitors performance of staff to ensure work is carried out per policies and procedures.
• Audits daily charges, over-the-counter payments and bank deposits.
• Registers patients, collects demographic and insurance data, and verifies eligibility.
• Schedules all appointments and educates patients on procedures.
