Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) for the Rheumatology clinic. This full-time role performs front desk coverage, greets patients, registers new patients in EPIC, schedules tests and appointments, and handles payments with insurance coordination.

The position requires some travel to other sites and flexible hours to meet operational needs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Keyboard and computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license if off-site location duties are performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage and greet patients.
• Register new patients in EPIC and schedule tests/appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility, process charges, and-record payments.
• Assist with clinic setup and general office support.
