Job summary

George's Inc. seeks a Process Safety Management (PSM) Coordinator in Springdale, AR to support the 14 elements of PSM for the ammonia system. You will maintain documentation, coordinate audits, and prepare risk management plans under facility management leadership.

You will organize PSM training, liaise with fire departments and LEPC, and ensure accurate emergency contacts and procedures. Fluency in English and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with PSM ammonia refrigeration program.
• RETA member with CIRO certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Ammonia refrigeration (2-stage system) experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong organizational and document management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PSM documentation and training records for PSM and RMP programs.
• Schedule and lead PSM meetings; manage action item logs.
• Coordinate with third parties for ammonia refrigeration work.
• Organize training with local fire departments and LEPC for HAZMAT drills.
• Assist with inspections and maintain HAZMAT equipment per 29 CFR 1910.119.
• Identify gaps and help develop PSM improvements with the team.
• Lead PSM training for team members and contractors.
• Review ammonia project plans for compliance with PSM.
