George's Processing is seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) coordinator to support the ammonia refrigeration system. You will maintain PSM and RMP documentation, train staff, coordinate third-party work, and ensure compliance with 29 CFR 1910.119 while collaborating with facility management.

The role requires 5+ years in PSM-related ammonia practices, RETA CIRO certification or eligibility, and strong organizational skills. Local travel and safe driving are expected in this position.

Competenze

• High school diploma and 5+ years of experience with PSM ammonia refrigeration.
• RETA membership with CIRO or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with OSHA and/or EPA programs.
• Ammonia refrigeration (2-stage system) experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Strong organizational and document management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Mansioni

• Maintain PSM documentation and training records for PSM and RMP programs.
• Organize, schedule, and conduct PSM meetings and logs; track action items.
• Coordinate with third parties to schedule ammonia refrigeration work.
• Set up training with local fire departments and LEPC for HAZMAT drills.
• Participate in ammonia system operations as needed.
• Assist inspections and maintain HAZMAT equipment per 29 CFR 1910.119.
• Identify gaps in procedures and develop solutions with PSM team.
• Provide PSM-mandated training to team members and contractors.
• Review ammonia-related project plans for PSM compliance.
