Job summary

Help of Southern Nevada is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Tropicana Trails PSH program, ensuring services align with HOME-ARP requirements, Housing First principles, and trauma-informed care. You will collaborate with property management, funders, and community partners to promote long-term housing stability.

The role requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams, development of procedures, and monitoring of program performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Behavioral Health, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible homeless services or related experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience administering federally funded housing or supportive services programs (HOME-ARP, HUD, HMIS) or related compliance.
• Must meet background checks, drug tests, health documentation, and required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for PSH program and ensure HOME-ARP, HUD, and trauma-informed care compliance.
• Develop and maintain program procedures, monitor performance, and participate in strategic planning.
• Coordinate referrals, admissions, eligibility, lease-up, and occupancy per Tenant Selection Plan.
• Collaborate with property management and partners to resolve housing barriers and promote retention.
• Supervise staff, conduct meetings, and support professional development.
• Monitor compliance, prepare for monitoring visits and audits, and document outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders including SNRHA, Clark County, funders, and providers; track program outcomes.
• Support budget monitoring, grant reporting, and financial accountability.
• Respond to crises, support safety planning, and document follow-up actions.
