Job summary

The Sanctuary on Potomac, operated by the Housing Authority of the City of Aurora (AHA), is seeking a Manager of Supportive Services to lead the PSH program for residents transitioning from homelessness and those with complex needs. You will supervise two Peer Support Specialists and oversee Medicaid-reimbursable services, care coordination, and crisis response to promote housing stability.

Start date anticipated fall 2026 with a focus on trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care and cross-agency

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Public Health, Human Services, or related field.
• Colorado licensure (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC or equivalent) required.
• Minimum three years of experience in case management, supportive housing, homeless services, or related.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or program coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), strengths-based, trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented practices and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, performance management, and professional development to a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct regular supervision, caseload management, and service planning to support high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor documentation, billing practices, and compliance with Medicaid, agency, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain on-site supervision and coordinate with community partners to support resident housing stability and wellness.
• Develop and maintain service delivery procedures and program protocols for consistent operations.
