Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. in Quakertown, PA is seeking a CSR- Inventory Clerk to process orders, provide product and transit information, and act as a liaison to resolve customer issues.

You will receive and issue goods in SAP, maintain yard/container data, update order status in Google Sheets, and keep accurate records. This role supports multiple shifts as needed and contributes to efficient customer service.

• Maintain container/trailer information using our yard view program.
• Resolve product or service problems.
• Maintain customer records and paperwork.
• Utilize google sheets to update order status as well as maintain required logs.
• Flexibility to help cover other shifts if needed.
• Maintain digital driver log as drivers are arriving and departing from the site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $20.50 p/h
