Seeking a highly engaged advanced practice provider to join the advanced heart failure/transplant group within the cardiovascular specialty division, including responsibilities in both outpatient and inpatient settings. This position will be required to order medications and procedures within their scope of practice. The position will include an onboarding process. It is anticipated that the candidate will initially function with greater attending oversight but practice with increasing independence with accrued experience.

This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated requirements. Specialty experience is preferred on a position-by-position basis. Inpatient experience is valued but not required.
