The Division of Vascular Surgery is looking for an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) who is patient-focused, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Our APCs are valued members of our team, working collaboratively with physicians and independently. Excellent communication skills and teamwork are essential. The role offers ongoing education, weekly meetings specific to Vascular Surgery, evidence-based practice standards, and opportunities for research and projects.
The Vascular Surgery team includes 6 faculty surgeons, 2 fellows, and 9 APCs. APCs provide 24/7 care at the University Hospital, with a rotating schedule including days, nights, and weekends. The NP or PA will perform patient evaluations, assist in minor procedures, and participate in teaching residents, medical students, and APC students. Participation in team meetings, conferences, and projects is also expected.

Work involves continuous office and clinical environment, exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, and physical hazards. Physical demands include hearing, listening, talking, hand motions, walking, standing, and sitting. Ability to perform essential functions and demonstrate clinical competence in the specialty is required.
All employees must meet immunization requirements per CDC standards and hospital policy.
Position is full-time, with a rotation schedule, located at the Vascular Surgery Department, with pay range $94,702 - $146,764. To apply, visit this link.
