Responsibilities

• You will provide second-line oversight of key prudential regulatory deliverables, including ICAAP, Recovery Plan, and Resolution Planning.
• You will interpret regulatory change, challenge financial models used for forecasting and stress testing, and build strong relationships across the three lines of defence.
• You will conduct assurance reviews and support the embedding of prudential risk management activity to help Monzo grow safely.
