Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum evaluating detailed client documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Experience handling heavy caseloads with 48-hour turnaround deadlines.
• Follows SOPs and resolves issues with partners.
• Uses multiple systems to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Interacts with partners by phone and email with strong communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to track items.

Responsibilities

• Reviews detailed client documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assesses risk for each request and applies mitigation steps.
• Resolves data issues using documented procedures and support partners.
• Responds to partner inquiries by phone/email; escalates as needed.
• Manages a caseload with due dates to ensure timely work.
• Understands end-to-end process flow and upstream/downstream impacts.
• Performs onboarding and maintenance of accounts.
• Responds to complex client inquiries across channels.
• Reviews and approves account documentation.
• Identifies process risks and improvement opportunities.
• Performs mid-level research and follow-up on complex requests.
• Reviews highly detailed documents for accuracy.
