Responsibilities

• Accurately input proxy events and voting data into systems.
• Accurately input regulatory events into systems.
• Process Edgar filings to support post-sale processes.
• Verify and reconcile data for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain proxy records and documentation; follow confidentiality protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
