You will resolve issues with ballot providers and proxy distributors, support process improvements, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Link proxy ballot provider data to ISS proxy voting data.
• Manage and improve processes that maintain mission critical data for proxy voting and distribution.
• Serve as SME regarding proxy flow and ballot provider issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, custodian banks, and ballot providers to resolve issues.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review production and timeliness reports; drive process improvements and controls.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for team goals and performance.
• Maintain data quality for mission critical information using proprietary and standard software.
• Ensure client data is received timely and high quality.
• Ensure comprehensive audit trails for data in production systems.
• Monitor quality control metrics and own issue resolution.
• Assist in developing training documentation and standard procedures.
