Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mandatory corporate action events within service levels.
• Review, reconcile, and complete corporate action events; maintain records and audit trails.
• Escalate issues posing risk to customers/clients and/or the company.
• Coordinate with Wealth Management, Prime Finance, and custodians; interface with vendors.
• Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives.
• Maintain policies and procedures related to corporate action processing.
