Job summary

TALENT SHIFT, LLC is seeking a Provisioning Support Analyst for a part-time, temporary on-site assignment in Fairview Heights, IL. The project spans 6–9 months and requires 40+ hours weekly with a flexible schedule, including 2nd shift or weekend options.

The role includes warehousing firm hardware, provisioning user accounts, and maintaining configuration records in the service management system. Strong customer service and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in a technical field.
• High School degree or GED required.
• Currently enrolled in a technical/computer science program or have relevant support center experience.
• 1+ years of customer service in a technical environment or equivalent training.
• Must reside in the continental U.S. and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional interactions with firm personnel.
• Provide high-quality service to clients and colleagues.
• Follow written procedures and quality controls for deployments.
• Protect confidential material.
• Direct requests to a manager as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service by phone, email, chat and video conference.
• Record actions and inquiries for tickets and complaints.
• Keep end users informed of ticket status and set realistic expectations.
• Validate and inventory equipment received/returned to depot (ITAM).
• Prepare and ship provisioning boxes and labels for old equipment.
