Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High School degree or GED required.
• Must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• 1+ years of customer service in a technical environment or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site provisioning support and warehousing of firm hardware.
• Manage user accounts provisioning and permissions.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the service management system (ITAM).
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, IM, and video conference.
