Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work with clinical training.
• A valid LMSW license in good standing in Missouri.
• Hands-on therapy or assessment experience preferred.

• Malpractice coverage is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid members.

What You'll Bring

• A valid LMSW license in good standing in the state of Missouri
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, with at least 6 months of hands‑on therapy or assessment experience
• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
