Job summary

Third Space Therapy is hiring Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid members. We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling so clinicians can focus on care.

You will operate in a remote practice model with flexible hours and support for supervision to progress toward licensure. Ideal candidates hold an LLMSW license with a Master’s in Social Work, have at least six months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience, and carry malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• A valid LLMSW license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• Malpractice coverage with stated limits is required.
• Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools needed.

Responsibilities

We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.

What you'll bring

• A valid LLMSW license in good standing in the state of
• A Master’s degree in Social Work with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
