Third Space Therapy in Colorado is hiring experienced Licensed Supervisors to oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists. This role focuses on providing mentorship and supervision to support emerging therapists in their professional growth. With a flexible remote practice model, you will have the opportunity to guide and train associates through their licensure process while earning competitive compensation. What you'll need

• A Master's degree in Counseling
• A valid LPC license in good standing in the state of Colorado for a minimum of 2 years
• Training and certification to serve as a clinical supervisor
• Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
