Job summary

Third Space Therapy seeks independently licensed therapists to provide Medicaid‑focused telehealth services. We handle billing, credentialing, and administration so you can focus on care.

You will maintain clinical autonomy, set your own hours, and work remotely with a strong referral network and competitive per‑session pay.

Qualifications

• MSW degree with hands-on therapy or assessment experience (2+ years).
• LCSW-C license in good standing in Maryland.
• Malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).
• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools.
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred and additional languages a plus.

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

We're looking for passionate independently Licensed Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.

What you'll bring

• A valid LCSW - C license in good standing in the state of Maryland
• A Master's degree in Social Work, with at least 2 years of hands‑on therapy or assessment experience
