Job summary

Third Space Therapy is seeking Associate Therapists to provide telehealth services to Medicaid members. You will focus on care while we handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling, enabling you to set your own hours.

You’ll bring an LSW license in good standing, an MSW, and comfort with EHR systems. This remote role supports professional development with supervision matching at no cost, and it offers a competitive per-session pay.

Qualifications

• LSW license in good standing (state: Ohio).
• Master’s degree in Social Work with hands-on therapy/assessment experience.
• Malpractice coverage required ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).
• Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools.
• Quiet HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.

What you'll bring

• A valid LSW license in good standing in the state of Ohio
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
