Job summary

Openkrill is seeking Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.

We offer complete flexibility, administrative support, a robust referral network, supervision, and a remote practice model, with pay per session and meaningful work helping Medicaid members access care.

Qualifications

• Licensed LAC in good standing in Arizona.
• Master’s degree in Counseling with hands-on therapy experience.
• Malpractice coverage required.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and digital tools.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid members.
• Collaborate with administrative support for scheduling and referrals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant home office and data security.
• Engage in ongoing supervision to support licensure hours.

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.

What you'll bring

• A valid LAC license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• A Master’s degree in Counseling with at least 6 months of hands‑on therapy or assessment experience
• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA‑compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
