Job summary

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification or imminent completion
• Met Supervisor Requirements through BACB
• Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and provide training

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in support of treatment plans
• Administer assessments and set goals based on assessments (e.g., ABLS-RR, AFLS)
• Implement treatment based on goals including FBA and Behavior Support/Reduction Plans
• Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team and provide consultation
• Train staff, caregivers, and stakeholders
• Provide ongoing feedback to RBTs and supervise credential maintenance
• Attend treatment and staff meetings and pursue professional development
• Promote safety and follow policies
