Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Travel Coordinator to arrange air, hotel, and car travel for locum tenens assignments. You will coordinate with clients, providers, and travel partners, ensuring accurate records and timely bookings, with a focus on cost-effective options.

The role requires at least two years in corporate travel, experience with Sabre GDS or Concur Travel, and strong communication skills. This position is based in Utah with standard on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
• Some post high school education with emphasis in business communications, or equivalent.
• At least two years corporate travel experience with strong GDS skills: Sabre preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book travel, housing, and local transportation for clients and internal customers.
• Demonstrates strict attention to detail.
• Exercises excellent time management to ensure bookings are completed timely.
• Negotiates with travel partners and travelers.
• Maintains effective communications with clients, physicians, colleagues, and others.
• Prioritizes work using the travel system and maintains accurate records.
• Researches best travel options that meet client budget and provider needs.
• Creates professional correspondence with proper spelling and punctuation.
• Handles calls with providers, clients, and travel partners.
• Keeps computer files current and accurate.
• Books travel in Sabre GDS or Concur Travel.
• Represents the company image and supports the mission.
• Participates in on-call rotation for after-hours travel emergencies.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
