This position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and experience with travel systems. You will build itineraries, manage provider requests within budget, and monitor KPIs to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with effective time management and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel industry experience required.
• Experience with travel vendor software (Sabre, Concur, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with providers to book travel for assignments.
• Develop thorough travel itineraries for providers and their teams.
• Manage provider requests (airlines, hotels, upgrades) within budget and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet travel needs.
• Ensure time-sensitive travel requests are completed urgently.
• Manage travel requests and documentation in the CRM system.
• Meet monthly KPI standards.
