Ingenovis Health is seeking a Travel Coordinator to arrange air, hotel, and car travel for locum tenens assignments in Utah. You will work with providers and clients to book travel, maintain accurate records, and support after-hours travel emergencies.

Responsibilities include negotiating with travel partners, researching best options within client budgets, and using Sabre GDS or Concur Travel to confirm itineraries. A high school diploma is required; degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
• Some post high school education with emphasis in business communications, or equivalent.
• At least two years corporate travel experience with strong GDS skills: Sabre preferred.

Responsabilités

• Looks after travel, housing, and local transportation bookings.
• Demonstrates strict attention to detail.
• Exercises excellent time management to ensure bookings are completed timely.
• Negotiates with travel partners and travelers.
• Works with moderate supervision.
• Maintains excellent communications with clients/physicians and colleagues.
• Prioritizes work using the VISTA application and maintains accurate records.
• Researches best travel options that meet client budget and provider needs.
• Creates correspondence with good spelling and punctuation.
• Handles calls with providers, clients and travel partners.
• Keeps computer files current and accurate.
• Books travel in Sabre GDS or Concur Travel.
• Projects a professional image and supports the company mission.
• Participates in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
