Job summary

SEARHC in Alaska seeks a Provider Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify passive physician and APP candidates. The role focuses on the front end of recruitment, building pipelines across channels and delivering qualified leads to the Provider Recruiter.

You will conduct market research, use recruiting databases and LinkedIn Recruiter, and collaborate with medical leadership to build multi-year relationships with candidates and support SEARHC’s staffing goals in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/Healthcare/Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of physician recruitment sourcing/recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with recruiting databases, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong outreach, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of Alaskan healthcare market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruiter and hiring managers.
• Maintain active postings on recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain a provider talent pipeline.
• Track recruitment sourcing metrics and refine strategies.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual career fairs.
