Job summary

Catholic Health is seeking a Provider Recruiter & Retention Liaison to recruit, onboard, and retain healthcare providers. The role focuses on building strong relationships with Trinity Medical and the Physician Enterprise division to source qualified candidates and ensure cultural and professional fit.

The position requires a track record in healthcare recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex processes with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of professional healthcare recruitment or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, analytical and complex process management abilities.
• Must be able to effectively work and communicate with all disciplines and levels of professionals.
• Sales, marketing and/or public relations experience helpful.
• Working knowledge of immigration laws a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and retain providers and foster relationships for Catholic Health and Trinity Medical.
• Source qualified provider candidates through diverse methods and ensure cultural and professional fit.
• Collaborate with Directors of the Physician Enterprise department to develop and implement recruitment programs.
