AllCare Georgia is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to lead provider hiring for primary and urgent care across multiple Georgia locations. Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of full-cycle provider recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting primary care physicians strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of ATS/HRIS tools and credentialing requirements.
• Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple sites.

Aufgaben

• Own the full requisition-to-offer cycle for physician and APP roles: post openings, source and screen candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring Practice Managers and Medical Directors.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified physicians, NPs, and PAs across Georgia; provide weekly hiring status updates by site and role.
• Verify licensure and conduct reference checks; initiate background checks and hand off to credentialing for privileging.
• Coordinate offer logistics, compensation details, and start-date planning; hand off new providers into onboarding.
• Promote openings across multiple channels and build relationships with local NP and PA programs.
• Be accountable for recruitment KPIs and participate in cross-functional projects as the organization grows.
