Job summary

AllCare invites applications for a hands-on Clinical Recruiting & Talent Acquisition role in Georgia. You will own requisition-to-offer cycles for physicians, NPs, PAs, and RNs across multiple sites, coordinating with Practice Managers and credentialing to accelerate start dates.

The position emphasizes relationship-building with providers, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven funnel management in a lean, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle clinical or healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, or MAs preferred.
• Working knowledge of ATS/HRIS tools; Paylocity a plus.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of requisitions across multiple sites

Responsibilities

• Own the full requisition-to-offer cycle for clinical roles: post openings, source and screen candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring Practice Managers and Medical Directors.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified clinicians across Georgia.
• Coordinate offer logistics, compensation details, and start-date planning; hand off new clinicians into onboarding.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders—People/HR, Practice Managers, Credentialing, and Finance—to improve clinical TA strategy.
• Process new hire onboarding paperwork and Paylocity setup for clinical staff.
• Support retention efforts and staffing coverage across sites as volume requires.
