Job summary

Zelis in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our customer-care team. You will handle incoming calls from provider clients, answer questions about payments and enrollment, and help them use our electronic payment options.

You’ll assist with direct electronic funds transfer sign-ups, portal setup, and troubleshooting, while maintaining knowledge of Zelis Payments products and privacy policies. This on-site role requires two in-office days per month.

Qualifications

• No prior call center experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from provider clients about payments and enrollment.
• Explain electronic payment options (credit cards, direct EFT) to resolve issues.
• Assist with direct EFT sign-ups, portal setup and provider portal guidance.
• Navigate Zelis platforms efficiently to provide quick, first-call resolutions.
• Build knowledge of Zelis Payments products and privacy policies.
• Maintain adherence and productivity during shifts; meet attendance goals.
