Qualifications

• Proficient typist with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and HIPAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries about eligibility, benefits, claims and authorizations.
• Document intake information accurately in designated systems.
• Resolve member and provider issues with high quality and productivity.
• Make outbound calls to address billing, prior authorizations or follow-ups.
• Educate on claims submission, treatment plans and reimbursement.
• Triage crisis calls and refer to clinicians when needed.
• Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements.
• Document interactions and route inquiries to appropriate teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
