Job summary

HCA Healthcare IT&S - San Antonio Division is seeking a Provider Solutions Specialist to train providers and staff on healthcare technologies and workflows. You will support implementation, change management, and ongoing provider assistance across facilities.

You will serve as a subject-matter expert for provider support, coordinate with the Service Desk, and help optimize physician access to critical data while maintaining security and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to providers on health IT systems.
• Familiarity with clinical information systems and workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across departments.

• Train providers and staff on IT solutions and workflows.
