Qualifications

• Responds to provider inquiries by phone, email or written communication with complete and accurate information.
• Documents all inquiries using standard templates and outlines next steps/solution.
• Collaborates with PI Research and other departments to resolve provider issues in a timely manner.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and multitasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
