Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation is seeking a Provider Specialist for the Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC). The role focuses on intake and outreach for DHS-certified, relative, and in-home providers, managing enrollment, contracts, and CCW participation.

You will collaborate with the Quality Team to promote Keystone STARS and connect providers to regional resources, maintain files, and report data to leadership and agencies. Office-based position with routine professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience with needs-based social service or benefits programs required.
• Child Care Works program experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and data.

Responsibilities

• Utilize state-prescribed software (PELICAN, etc.) to create, assess, and maintain provider files and records.
• Serve as ELRC point of contact for an assigned caseload of providers during onboarding.
• Coordinate access to provider information within the ELRC and with other human services organizations.
• Establish and maintain provider agreements and contracts.
• Disseminate information on ELRC services, Keystone STARS, PKC, Head Start, PHLpreK, etc.
• Submit routine data reports, plans, and proposals to the management team and agencies.
