Ultipro is seeking a Medical Scribe to support clinical documentation and patient care. The role requires accurate transcription of physician notes, charting appointments, and maintaining patient privacy in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians, operating EHR systems, and providing patient support including follow-up scheduling. Strong communication, organization, and bedside manner are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Medical Scribe or similar role.
• Document patient care and transcribe appointments accurately.
• Maintain privacy of patient information.
• Advanced computer skills for EHR transcription.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good bedside manner and patient communication.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with physicians to document care
• Print lab reports and chart appointments
• Operate electronic health records (EHR)
• Anticipate physician needs to improve efficiency
• Transcribe medical histories and exam findings

• Assure the accuracy of all documentation and records
• Advanced computer skills to transcribe and record information across our network
• Keep the privacy of all patient information that you learn throughout your duties

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good bedside manner and interpersonal skills to communicate with patients effectively

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Collaborating with physicians
• Performing clerical tasks such as printing out lab reports and charting doctor’s appointments
• Operating electronic health records
• Anticipating the needs of the physician to ensure efficiency in a clinical setting
• Transcribing patients' medical histories
• Taking note of medical examination findings
• Documenting scribe notes in the correct format in EHR
• Providing additional patient support when needed
• Other ‘Clerical” task as needed
• Document treatment plans
• Assist with ordering tests when needed
• Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments when needed
• Ensure that the physician has up-to-date information on patients
