Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Scribe to join our team. In this role, you will gather and document information about clients for their doctors’ visits. Responsibilities include printing lab reports, completing summaries of treatment sessions, charting doctor’s appointments, and operating electronic health records.

Responsibilities

  1. Documenting patients’ visits by taking notes and entering them in the electronic health records system
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient documentation
  3. Coordinate with doctors to complete and submit medical records
  4. Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff
  5. Complete administrative tasks as requested

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  2. Previous experience as a Medical Scribe in FAMILY PRACTICE
  3. Experience with ECW
  4. Ability to take detailed notes and accurate documentation
  5. Strong computer and transcription skills
  6. Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements
  7. Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
  8. Ability to work well under pressure
