Health Information Associates (HIA) seeks a Provider Review Services Coordinator to manage data-centric tasks for provider review projects. The role focuses on planning, preparing, overseeing, and finalizing audits efficiently while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

The position requires strong ETL experience, proficiency with Excel and Microsoft tools, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience with ETL data transformation and ensuring data integrity.
• Experience with transformation tools such as OpenRefine, ASAP Utilities or Microsoft SQL.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including functions, pivots, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and OneNote.
• ICD-10-CM, E&M, and CPT knowledge base preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills for handling confidential information.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Independent, focused work ethic.
• Requires High Speed Internet access via cable.

Responsibilities

• Assists with review prep calls and documents client objectives for audits.
• Creates project in audit database and secure portal folders; schedules kickoff calls.
• Manages contact lists and assigns portal access roles.
• Creates/updates Microsoft Team and OneNote Notebooks for each client with policies and project details.
• Checks files for content accuracy and prepares sample loads; loads data into templates and audit database.
• Tracks weekly progress for HIA and clients; prepares monthly interim project pulls and reports.
• Assists with exporting rebuttals and project close-out activities; may run customized reports.
• Runs Outstanding Tracking Report and coordinates with consultants for project completion.
