Job summary

Arcare is seeking a dedicated Utilization Review Associate to support planning and coordination of Utilization Review activities in a full-time role. You will assist with HEDIS measures, GICA, AWVs, reporting, and collaborate with internal and external teams including third-party payers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least two years of office experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years experience with Microsoft Office and office work.
• Proficient with electronic medical records and data systems; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining records and reporting related to Utilization Review.
• Upload all required information including annual wellness documents.
• Prepare reports on program status and quality initiatives in Utilization Review.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating Utilization Review activities.
• Track and report documentation for collaborative projects.
• Provide patients and families information about ARcare initiatives and services.
• Meet deadlines and coordinate resources effectively.
