Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume calls.
• Must reside in California.
• Willing to travel up to 25% locally within California.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider outreach and engagement initiatives within the provider network.
• Maintain provider communication through in-person meetings, calls, and email.
• Ensure adequate provider network coverage to support outreach and referrals.
• Respond promptly to provider inquiries and provide regular updates to teams.
• Represent Acentra Health professionally in all interactions with providers.
• Document all provider interactions accurately per procedures and standards.
• Assist providers by addressing routine questions and verifying FFS status.
• Comply with HIPAA and corporate policies and procedures.
