Acentra Health is seeking a Provider Relations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports provider recruitment, enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing provider relations activities to ensure participation in our programs and systems.

The position serves as a liaison between providers, clients, and internal teams, handling inquiries, enrollment issues, contract coordination, and provider education. This role promotes operational efficiency and strong provider relationships nationwide.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of provider-facing experience in healthcare settings.
• Working knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, and EOB/835 concepts.
• Basic familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid payment rules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Outreach to providers via phone and email to support recruitment and network development.
• Coordinate provider onboarding, enrollment, and documentation with internal teams.
• Support onboarding and retention of practitioners and provider organizations.
• Review and prepare contracts including in-network, out-of-network, and single-case agreements.
• Respond to provider and client inquiries regarding benefits, procedures, documentation, payments, and related matters.
• Manage provider and client records per procedures and maintain privacy standards.
• Track provider outreach and prepare reports on network performance.
• Conduct provider training sessions and webinars on program requirements and tools.
