Job summary

You will build positive provider relationships, deliver education, and resolve complex inquiries, helping ensure successful participation in the program.

This hybrid role requires occasional on-site trainings, with most work remote. You will collaborate with State agencies, enrollment, claims, and other teams; conduct onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience building positive provider relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to explain billing policies and system navigation clearly.
• Strong problem solving and issue-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Vermont Medicaid providers.
• Respond to inquiries regarding billing, policies, and procedures.
• Onboard and engage new providers; coordinate provider education.
• Review high‑denial claims and coordinate follow-up for resolution.
